Job Purpose
The role of Projects Co-Ordinator will be to support the management and safe delivery of specific projects and the successful candidate will be required to have proven track record in project delivery and/or
implement improvements. 
 
We are looking for candidates who have a technical background preferably on Wind turbines with a strong commercial understanding, be a good communicator and disciplined in coordinating in delivering projects.
A background in Mechanical and/or Electrical disciplines an advantage.
Organisational Context
The business currently undertakes O&M on a Turbine portfolio the O&M service monitors, maintains and enhances the asset, with this role being a critical function on the management team in ensuring efficient delivery of projects win and in supporting the bid team in tender submissions.
Key Accountabilities
Be a good communicator both written and verbally and be proficient in customer interface at site level and in pre-task co-ordination. The suitable candidate will be comfortable in preparing Risk assessment, Method statements and other client required procedures and be willing to adapt a high level of Health, Safety, Quality and environmental awareness.
 
A flexible approach to work will be required as travel within the UK/Ireland will be necessary depending on the project needs.
 
Other areas of knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate will include:
  • Has experience in the delivery of Major component exchanges and lead such tasks
  • Liaise with contractors and clients in preparation for project delivery
  • Develop and implement CDM processes
  • Support business development of the Turbine O&M business
  • Can assist with the resolution and implement technical improvements
  • Identify and specifying tooling requirements
  • Can conduct technical auditing / assessments
  • Preparation of reporting templates and other technical documentation
  • Has worked in a health and safety focused environment.
