People and Culture Administrator

Summary:
As a member of the P&C Client Services group, the P&C Administrator supports administrative and operational aspects of P&C and all points of the employee life cycle. The P&C Administrator provides best-in-class customer service for employee’s P&C related needs, builds and manages streamlined processes, optimizes technology, and delivers insights. The P&C Administrator may focus on one area of P&C: onboarding, learning and talent development, or total rewards.
Requirements:
- Leads day-to-day administrative processes, which may include background checks and drug screening, onboarding etc. (10%)
- Continuously improves processes, optimizes systems and vendors to provide excellent employee experience, and improves efficiency.
- Partners effectively with employees of all levels across the company, including client services team, talent acquisition, business leaders, and P&C business partners to streamline P&C business processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Leads benefits related administrative processes, which may include leave of absence management, tracking and processing benefit invoices etc. (40%)
- Serves as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with Payroll and vendors as needed.
- Actively manages programs and employee data within P&C systems. (30%)
- Supports configuration and ongoing system support within P&C systems, which may include ATS, pre-hire onboarding, HRIS, and/or LMS.
- Owns day-to-day customer interactions with P&C systems, which may include ATS, pre-hire onboarding, HRIS, and/or LMS.
- Maintains a hands-on approach to ensuring employee data is accurate and trustworthy.
- Provides best in class employee experience in addressing employee questions and educating employees on P&C programs: (10%).
- Acts as first line for employee questions for all points of employee life cycle and supports escalated employee questions, which require a higher level of subject matter knowledge.
- Creates and owns knowledge articles, employee job aids, and FAQ documents.
- Partners with program managers to ensure that P&C events are effectively marketed across our available suite of tools and communication channels. (e.g., SharePoint)
- Leads and supports strategic initiatives within the P&C client services space. (10%)
- Utilizes P&C subject matter expertise and critical mindset to identify opportunities.
- Collaborates to create and implement solutions.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback effectively.
- Creates assets for and engages in event coordination to support P&C program events occasionally.
- Coordinates and provides backup support for employee lifecycle administrative processes:
- benefits enrollment, tuition reimbursement, promotion processing, etc.
- Contributes to the direction of the P&C systems (ATS, LMS, HRIS) roadmap and planned enhancements.
Safety:
- Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
Qualifications:
- High school/GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of HR related experience is required.
- 1+ years of Leave Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel 5-15%.
- A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned work.
- Intermediate knowledge of P&C processes across multiple areas (ex. talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, etc.)
- Knowledge of benefits administration, policies, procedures, practices, products, services, and tools
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve P&C processes with eye to employee experience.
- Must have aptitude and ability to learn new P&C processes and systems.
- Good communicator (written and verbal) and able to build strong, effective relationships with team members and internal customers.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated intermediate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Functional competencies include customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, excellence, continuous improvement.
Anticipated base salary range: $26.52/hr. - $31.20/hr.
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
