The Position
 
This individual will primarily support our UNO product onboarding by building as-needed digital solutions help our customers gain the most benefit from their data capture. 
 
Key Accountabilities
 
    Leadership and Strategy:
  • Collaborate in a team of a diverse set of technical experts, engineers, and PMs fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and constant improvement.
  • Lead in place: Share guidance, learning, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
    • Help our team by providing and receiving regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
    • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Technology/Engineering, Services, Product, and Program Management teams to grow the solutions portfolio.
    • Develop and maintain an understanding of customer needs and technical best practices to deliver high quality solutions

Day-to-Day:
    • Leverage expertise in cloud technologies and complex data queries.
    • Utilize Python expertise to create bespoke reporting solutions
    • Build data visualisations in PowerBI, Tableau, Power Platform / Power Apps
    • Troubleshoot problems and fix.
    • Upkeep of documentation as needed.
    • Participate in milestone process ceremonies as directed. 
    • Partner with the data and architecture teams to ensure quality and standards are met.
 
Knowledge 
  • Essential: Solid relevant experience in Python development, as well as cloud technologies, SQL, and ETL
  • Essential: Reporting from complex data sources using PowerBI or Tableau (preferably both)
  • Essential: experience in data analysis and complex database queries and translations (ie. SQL)
  • Preferable: Power Platform / Power Automate, Azure tools
  • Degree or certifications in relevant discipline or technologies (computer science, information technology) or equivalent experience

Experience
  • Track record of delivering results to customers in a commercial setting 
  • Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement to enable aligned goals. 
  • Multilingual is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of renewable technologies
