About the Role:- RES is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to support the integration of a new division following a recent acquisition. This role involves implementing policies, providing HR solutions across the employee life cycle, and advising leaders on cultural integration, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of generalist P&C experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

- Support employment contract harmonization and payroll integration
- Enable people leaders with training and development initiatives
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Perform file audits to ensure proper employee documentation and support recruitment activities
- Lead by example in promoting risk-averse behaviors across the business
Skills & Experience:- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in systems like SharePoint, HRIS (IFS desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Efficient time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Independent, proactive work ethic
- Quick to learn new IT platforms
- Previous experience in P&C and policy review/delivery is desirable
Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in P&C
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practice
