The company’s first product in the clinic is a novel multiclonal T cell therapy consisting of T cells derived from the peripheral blood, activated against a curated set of antigens, and armed with a proprietary cytokine. Repertoire is in clinical-stage immuno-oncology development today, targeting metastatic solid tumors. In the field of autoimmunity, Repertoire is using its proprietary platform to discover novel epitopes and TCRs from patients with type 1 diabetes. The company is also using its DECODE platform to discover infectious disease antigens and responding T cell clones.


Role Overview

Repertoire is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Associate to join our Human Resources Team. This individual will be responsible for supporting our employees throughout the hiring and employee life cycle from employee systems (ADP, Jobvite) and information/communications perspective (pre-employment, new employee set up, status changes, leave of absences, immigrations, benefits questions and enrollment.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provides Human Resources transactional support to employees, including both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries to HR programs, processes, procedures, and communications.
  • Develops and manages HR people metrics and reports.
  • Inputs and manages all employee data and ensures accuracy (audit) and timeliness of new hire information and manually enters information, as required, for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Supports the recruiting process by assisting in interview scheduling and provides backup support for Jobvite maintenance, our applicant tracking system.    
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources Business Partner(s) while performing all employee information changes in ADP.
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of employee records regarding any updates that are made on behalf of the company; ensures data integrity.
  • Manages the I-9 program including auditing, document verification/reverification, and handling of E-Verify issues with HR Business Partner(s).



  • Collaborates with the Human Resources Business Partner(s) and provides support in managing the Leave of Absence Program.
  • Supports Human Resources Business Partners with benefits, compensation, culture/engagement, onboarding, payroll, performance management and training programs, as needed.
  • Maintains HR contracts.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Complete wage requests related to Workers’ Compensation claims, as necessary.
  • Supports enhancing HR processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant area of expertise.
  • 3 to 5 years (5+ preferred) of HR Generalist Experience with life sciences experience, preferred.
  • Must be proficient with advanced skills using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
  • Strong proficiency in HR Administration within a HRIS Platform; ADP experience preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to relate complex concepts in a concise and easy to understand manner.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
