Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis - Episode of Operations (Norwalk, CT)

Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, the person in this individual contributor role will have an extensive role in completing Signify’s annual budget and quarterly financial reforecasts for the Episodes of Care segment.  This person will manage the EOC revenue models and work closely with various departments within the company on new contract pricing, ROI analytics, and business performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Signify’s Episodes of Care revenue forecast model
  • Assist in the annual budget development and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Help create a variety of financial reports which track results for each of Remedy’s clients
  • Work closely with Signify’s analytics team to review partner profitability
  • Analyze spending variances and identify operational drivers of the variances to ensure appropriate strategies are in place to deliver on company and departmental goals
  • Work closely with other departments and management to understand issues impacting finance and business operations
  • Work on special projects as assigned, which can include, but are not limited to, new software implementations, product offerings, and company initiatives
  • Help support a possible Initial Public Offering

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field field such as Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics
  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • 5+ years finance analytical work experience
  • Experience working in investment banking, consulting, or healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong background in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting and trend analysis
  • Experience in creating and managing various operational and financial reports
  • History of building strong relationships across teams
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills
