How will this role have an impact?
This role will act as an operations lead at the site level for our regional and national hospital partners in the market. They will be responsible for driving care redesign initiatives in the acute setting. 

This role will report to our VP, Operations. 

What will you do?

Collaborate with Operations Director and Partner Operations Manager to ensure that operational interventions are aligned with overall partner strategy. 

Collaborate with Market Post-Acute Manager to ensure the the acute and post-acute initiatives are aligned. 

Deliver local interventions to drive improvement across value-based external partners. 

Provide local management of day to day program operations. 

Ensure that all security procedures within their area of responsibility are carried out to achieve compliance with security policies and standards. 

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor's degree in business or related filed from a competitive university.

Consulting or business development experience a plus.

Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care.

Strong critical thinking needed to analyze medical data and reports. 

Experience with Hospitals, Inpatient Rehab Facilities, Health Care Organizations, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Home Health Care.
