Position Summary

Pivotree’s 
solution consultants work with our customers to develop effective, master data management solutions and to help them leverage various platforms to deliver high quality, complete and consistent master data as the foundation for achieving the goals of their digital strategy.

We are looking for a Solution Consultant that wants to be a part of our growing practice. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take direction and work independently are extremely important.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Evangelizes MDM best practice with customer and partners
  • Participates and leads customer-facing workshops such as requirements gathering, analysis, and design sessions
  • Becomes a trusted member of our customer’s team by understanding their business, terminology, culture, goals and business needs
  • Acts as an advisor to customers, bringing them insight into expertise gained from common business cases
  • Identifies and documents, both functionally and technically, the current state and future state artifacts
  • Builds and implements business processes and governance models that help clients achieve the customer’s targeted outcomes
  • Helps lead clients as we work to develop and implement data quality management practices and tools
  • Configures MDM software to meet client requirements
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical and functional issues
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering, information management or other related field
