We are currently looking for an Integration Build Engineer to join our Interoperability team in Pune, India. This position requires a strong knowledge of Core Java.

 

As a member of the Interoperability-BUILD function, the Interoperability Build Engineer will be responsible for development of integration capabilities for Relatient’s SaaS offerings, including but not limited to Dash-Schedule, Dash-Engage and Dash-Chat. This includes integration capabilities with other Practice Management, Electronic Health Record systems; interoperability between Relatient’s offerings and development of tools enabling the success of other internal operations support teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Builds resilient, secure, and scalable enterprise SaaS solutions using the latest technologies 
  • Performs engineering activities for performance tuning and deep monitoring of applications and services 
  • Works with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of the system, determine the priority of work, and ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery 
  • Leverages DevOps practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment 
  • Writes clean and testable code
  • Collaborates with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies 
  • Is responsible for all aspects of SDLC of existing and new components 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar field or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role required
  • Working knowledge of Git 
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java Required. Experience with Spring boot will be added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases 
  • Previous experience building and consuming RESTful web APIs 
  • Knowledge of writing test harness using Wiremock/Mockito is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of unit testing and integration testing 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies 
  • Ability to work and thrive as part of a collaborative team 
  • Experience building software in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Experience building applications leveraging HL7 FHIR preferred
  • Familiarity with the principles of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) preferred
