We are currently looking for an Integration Build Engineer to join our Interoperability team in Pune, India. This position requires a strong knowledge of Core Java.
As a member of the Interoperability-BUILD function, the Interoperability Build Engineer will be responsible for development of integration capabilities for Relatient’s SaaS offerings, including but not limited to Dash-Schedule, Dash-Engage and Dash-Chat. This includes integration capabilities with other Practice Management, Electronic Health Record systems; interoperability between Relatient’s offerings and development of tools enabling the success of other internal operations support teams.
Essential Functions:
- Builds resilient, secure, and scalable enterprise SaaS solutions using the latest technologies
- Performs engineering activities for performance tuning and deep monitoring of applications and services
- Works with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of the system, determine the priority of work, and ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery
- Leverages DevOps practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Writes clean and testable code
- Collaborates with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
- Is responsible for all aspects of SDLC of existing and new components
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar field or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role required
- Working knowledge of Git
- Strong knowledge of Core Java Required. Experience with Spring boot will be added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Previous experience building and consuming RESTful web APIs
- Knowledge of writing test harness using Wiremock/Mockito is desirable.
- Good knowledge of unit testing and integration testing
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to work and thrive as part of a collaborative team
- Experience building software in a healthcare environment preferred
- Experience building applications leveraging HL7 FHIR preferred
- Familiarity with the principles of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) preferred
