Your Role at Relatient
The Digital Adoption Specialist supports customer-facing product communication, release readiness, and digital adoption initiatives across Relatient’s SaaS platform ecosystem. This role is responsible for improving how customers discover, understand, and adopt product capabilities through scalable in-app experiences, release communications, and enablement operations.
Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams, the Digital Adoption Specialist helps drive customer engagement, feature awareness, onboarding effectiveness, and operational excellence across product enablement workflows.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Coordinate and manage customer-facing release communication workflows across Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Product Owners to validate release scope, readiness, and publication timelines.
- Gather, organize, refine, and publish release notes and product communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain release communication calendars, operational checklists, publishing schedules, and approval workflows.
- Improve consistency, scalability, and quality across release readiness and communication processes.
- Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for digital adoption platforms such as Pendo or similar tools.
- Design, configure, and maintain in-app guidance experiences including walkthroughs, onboarding flows, announcements, surveys, tooltips, and contextual help content.
- Support feature adoption initiatives through targeted in-app messaging and engagement strategies.
- Partner with Product Management and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities to improve user education and product engagement.
- Monitor platform analytics, engagement trends, and adoption metrics to recommend continuous improvements.
- Configure and maintain platform assets including guides, segments, dashboards, reporting, and audience targeting logic.
- Support front-end customization activities using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript where applicable.
- Utilize JSON configurations to support integrations, platform customization, and collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Perform testing, quality assurance validation, and troubleshooting for customer-facing in-app experiences.
- Maintain operational documentation, publishing standards, naming conventions, and enablement processes.
- Review and quality-check AI-assisted release communication content for clarity, consistency, and customer readiness.
- Coordinate updates to enablement resources, support documentation, and internal knowledge materials.
- Support launch readiness activities for new product releases and feature rollouts.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and scalability across enablement workflows.
- Contribute to standardization of templates, communication practices, and operational governance processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech, BBA, B.Des, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Digital Adoption, SaaS Operations, Product Communications, Customer Enablement, or related roles.
- Experience working with digital adoption, onboarding, or in-app engagement platforms required.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams preferred.
- Experience supporting SaaS product launches, release management, or customer enablement workflows preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or healthcare technology environment preferred.
Technical Skills & Certifications
- Hands-on experience with Pendo, WalkMe, Userpilot, Gainsight PX, or similar digital adoption platforms strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and JSON configurations preferred.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or related collaboration platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
- MBA or advanced certification in Product Management or related disciplines preferred.
