Your Role at Relatient

We are seeking a Manager of Talent & Culture to join our team. This role will be a hybrid role that will require working 3 days a week from our office in Balewadi in the Amar Tech Park. 
 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Align people strategy with business objectives by driving organizational design and role clarity.
  • Support hiring activities in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team including conducting HR interviews, compensation discussions, hiring manager support, and salary negotiations.
  • Oversee onboarding processes ensuring compliance, accuracy of data, and a positive new-hire experience. Strengthen onboarding to accelerate engagement and early retention. 
  • Provide oversight of data for accuracy in HR systems. Conduct regular audits of systems and personnel files to ensure compliance. 
  • Lead and participate in culture initiatives that promote alignment with Relatient values and desired workplace behaviors including direct involvement with the Culture Committee. 
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including grievance handling, and support the Senior T&C Business Partner in managing sensitive cases.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment regulations and statutory requirements, including POSH.
  • Manage India compensation programs including position management, job description maintenance, and salary benchmarking.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Operations to deliver key global T&C programs such as performance management, employee education, recognition, employee feedback surveyand merit cycle administration. 
  • Elevate performance management to reinforce accountability and leadership development. 
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, with an emphasis on functioning as a strategic business partner to managers.
  • Coordinate and support local engagement and retention activities.
  • Coach, develop, and support the Senior T&C Business Partner to enhance capability and performance.
  • Serve as Presiding Officer on Relatient’s POSH Internal Committee, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee HITRUST and SOC compliance activities within T&C, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to control frameworks. 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required. MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in HR or equivalent preferred. 
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management.
  • Exposure to compensation planning and workforce management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee grievance handling.
  • Demonstrated success driving employee retention initiatives, coaching leaders and supporting leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws in Pune, India, including POSH compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or technology sectors preferred.

Pay & Perks:

For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$135,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
