About Us: Regal Security, a leading security company in Toronto, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing the scheduling of our security personnel to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. As the Scheduling Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by implementing scheduling solutions that optimize efficiency and enhance our service delivery. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, making this a highly collaborative role.

 

Job Title: Scheduling Clerk Supervisor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the scheduling of security personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
  • Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they align with client needs and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between scheduling and operational teams
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of security personnel and ensure all shifts are covered
  • Respond to scheduling issues and concerns raised by clients, management, and security personnel in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize scheduling efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scheduling or related role within the security industry
  • Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and security personnel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the security industry and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor and supervise team members
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
