Job Summary:
As a Procurement Manager at Regal Security Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services that contribute to the success of our organization. This position encompasses responsibilities that are essential to our operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier relationships.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, prices, and agreements.
  • Budget Control: Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the receipt of high-quality goods and services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging products, and industry best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, and inventory management, to support organizational goals.
  • Import and Logistics Oversight: Manage import processes and logistics operations to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
