Qualifications and Experiences:
At least 3 years of industrial experience ideally in PV industry, otherwise in Renewable Energy Negotiation & Communication skills with landowners, local city councils, utilities, METI
Finance or accounting knowledge to run financial model
Understanding of Regulations / Agreements of 1) METI, 2) Utilities, 3) Local Permits, 4) Land
Available to travel nationwide frequently
General Driver’s License (AT only license is also available)
Native level of Japanese language skills (reading/writing as well of communication)
Preferable plus abilities:
Knowledge of PV Policies
Real estate transaction knowledge or experience
Experience of the commercial scale land acquisitions in Japan
English language skills
