The Role

Your mission is to manage and optimize the data & business processes at Record360, to help us make better decisions. The stage is set: we have a fantastic team, utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and have a number of systems in place to run a tight ship. Your job is to take over the tactical execution of existing processes, while also thoughtfully maturing those processes to prepare us for our next phase of growth. This is our first hire on the Operations team, so you will have the opportunity to chart the path for a world class org. This role reports to the COO.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize our Marketing Automation system (Pardot) for ~250 leads per month
  • Lead Routing: Ensure leads are routed & reported on properly
  • Sales Tools: Manage and optimize our various Sales tools (Outreach, Atrium), and propose additional ways to enable our team through technology
  • Sales Process Automation: Uncover opportunities to improve speed-to-outreach and opportunity conversion; help reps spend more time selling by building thoughtful automations
  • Reporting / Analytics: Conduct end-to-end funnel analysis for Executive Reviews
  • Project Management: Manage quarterly cross-functional projects to completion
  • Entrepreneurial Operating System®: Maintain & facilitate our quarterly planning process

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Project Management, or similar
  • Salesforce Certification or administration experience strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial: You thrive in a fast-paced startup and bring structure to chaos
  • Analytical: You’re a data-driven decision maker who knows the right questions to ask
  • “GSD” Attitude: Excellent time management skills & ability to drive projects forward
  • Resourceful: Willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done with limited resources
  • Tech Mindset: Affinity for learning new tools & technologies, and improving processes with automation
