Your Role
Over the past several years, we’ve built a successful product that customers love. Now, we’re
entering the next phase of our growth, expanding across new verticals and investing in our
go-to-market strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in bridging our
product and our market. You’ll shape how Record360 tells its story, define how we position our
platform across industries, and ensure our teams are equipped to win.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, reporting to
the VP of Product & Operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:
● Develop and maintain buyer and user personas across key industries to inform messaging and GTM strategy
● Gather market insights through customer interviews, sales calls, win/loss analysis, and competitive research
● Define and articulate clear, differentiated value propositions for each target segment
● Create and maintain messaging frameworks and industry narratives that guide campaigns, website copy, and sales enablement
● Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute product launches with consistent positioning and materials
● Build and maintain sales enablement tools including decks, case studies, and ROI stories that support the sales process
● Collaborate with Demand Gen, Comms, and Design to execute cohesive go-to-market campaigns
● Analyze GTM performance using pipeline, win/loss, and adoption data to refine positioning and strategy
● Ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales so that customer feedback and insights inform roadmap priorities
● Be a hands-on contributor who balances strategic storytelling with practical execution

Qualifications We are Looking for
● 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles at a B2B SaaS company.
● Strong grasp of market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
● Experience creating sales enablement materials, running product launches, and supporting revenue teams.
● Ability to connect product capabilities to customer pain points in clear, human language.
● Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
● Collaborative and self-driven, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points if you have:
● Experience marketing to industries like auto, equipment, or truck rental.
● A background in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, or vertical marketing.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + Unlimited PTO + 100% 401(K) Matching (up to 4%). Open to 100% Remote or Hybrid Environment.
The base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 per year The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
