Rainbow Greenhouses is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead the Business Process Office (BPO), driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support operational excellence and organizational growth. In addition to business-as-usual functions, this role oversees continuous improvement projects across departments, with a focus on process optimization, system implementation, SOP development, and change management. The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly organized, and analytical management professional who brings a hands-on, get-it-done mentality and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Business Process Office (BPO) Leadership
- Lead enterprise-wide improvement initiatives from concept through to implementation and measurable outcomes
- Translate organizational strategy into prioritized, high-impact cross-functional projects in partnership with the GM and Rainbow leadership
- Establish project briefs, KPIs, timelines, and accountability structures to ensure delivery on scope, budget, and outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, identifying operational gaps and scalable solutions
- Build and coach a high-performing BPO team with strong change management and continuous improvement capability
Business Process Optimization
- Lead standardization of core workflows to increase consistency, scalability, and operational resilience
- Support departments in the development, implementation, and refinement of SOPs
- Oversee system and tool implementations, ensuring strong adoption and integration across functional teams
Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
- Use data to prioritize initiatives, challenge assumptions, and validate impact
- Identify opportunities for process redesign to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput
- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive organizational adoption and change
- 10+ years of experience in management, operations, continuous improvement, or similar roles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Track record of aligning culture transformation with strategic growth and operational excellence
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience developing SOPs and supporting system/tool implementations from start to post-implementation adoption
- PMP certification (asset, not required)
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or multi-site environments
