We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst for our Business Operations team to perform complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment. In this role you will plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities. You will utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake and prioritize data requirements to make recommendations to Americas Go To Market leaders to drive business decisions.
  • Run with business operations and analytics needs as pertaining to: planning purposes, GTM strategy, current projects and initiatives, ad hoc information requests, communication plans around projects and initiatives, and business case development
    Providing functional expertise to one or more business areas.
  • Prioritizing business and project requirements.
  • Defining project purpose and cost/benefit analysis for various initiatives and projects.
  • Project planning and management to balance project resource, timeline, and scope.
  • Providing thorough communication internally within the department and externally to the rest of the business.
  • Defining and documenting process flows.
  • Establishing framework for business operations reports for various functional areas.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, merging data etc.)
  • MS SQL Experience
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Experience support GTM leadership preferred
  • Self starter and ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the costs and benefits of potential actions.
  • Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations.
  • Ability to coach and motivate less experienced team members to achieve their goals.
  • Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.
  • Ability to provide FANATICAL support.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Analytics/Data Science, or Engineering required.
  • 4+ years related experience
