Our Inside Sales Academy focuses on sales on-boarding and sales enablement for our America’s Sales and Customer Success teams. We’re a highly collaborative team that continually evolves to meet the needs of our ever expanding sales force to provide consistent support and customized resources.

We are seeking a Sales Trainer III based out of our global headquarters in San Antonio, TX, to facilitate engaging instructor-led participant-centered classes across all levels within the within the Inside Sales Academy.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conducts training classes on the techniques and motivational factors involved in selling Rackspace products and services.
  • Partners and collaborates with Sales On-boarding Program Manager to provide input, feedback and support in development of on on-boarding curriculum
  • Works with sales leaders and stakeholders in analyzing data such as sales performance so that additional training or curriculum can be prescribed.
  • Works with sales management and stakeholders regarding new and updated products and services in order to ensure their inclusion in classes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent training in business, engineering, computer science.
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience which can include
    • Sales training experience
    • B2B technology, cloud, or managed services sales experience
  • Strong collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with peers, SMEs, leadership, stakeholders, etc. across a global landscape.
  • Knowledge of Rackspace products and services.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
