We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our Supply Chain Operations team to use advanced analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.   In this role you will be responsible for researching, gathering data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing holistic procure-to-pay recommendations aligned with strategic sourcing, purchasing and payables.


Responsibilities:

Understands the full Source-to-Pay cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution.
Gathers and interprets complex data.
Analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective sourcing, purchasing and payables.
Investigates issues to determine root causes.
Develops and implements continuous improvement and process efficiency and optimization.
Effectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locations globally.
Maintains, analyzes and implements improvements to source to pay processes.
Prepare reports for management.
May implement or manage relevant systems used within the supply chain.
Manages Performance Metrics and procure-to-pay process efficiencies within the organization.
Develops training documentation and designs and conducts end user training sessions on various information systems and specific reports used by Supply Chain.
Provide analytical support for supplier business review.


An ideal candidate will have:

Excellent quantitative, analytical and process improvement skills.
Provides problem solving within Source to Pay.
Strong knowledge of process improvement and/or operational excellence.
Advanced abilities and understanding of computing tools, such as databases, spreadsheets, and statistics applications.
Strong understanding of Rackspace core business.
Negotiation skills.
Self-starter and independent worker driven by personal standards of excellence.
Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.
Ability to facilitate change.
Ability to provide FANATICAL support.


Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant field required.
Minimum 4 years analytical and process improvement experience, preferably in Source-to-Pay.
Experience with Oracle R12 Purchasing and Finance Modules.
