Our Inside Sales Academy focuses on sales on-boarding and sales enablement for our America’s Sales and Customer Success teams. We’re a highly collaborative team that continually evolves to meet the needs of our ever expanding sales force to provide consistent support and customized resources.

We are seeking a Program Manager IV to be based out of our global headquarters in San Antonio, TX, and lead the sales on-boarding program and initiatives from start to finish. As the Sales On-boarding Program Manager you will design, develop and deliver learning programs across a variety of learning mediums that lead to lasting positive behavioral change for our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Planning and execution of sales on-boarding program and associated projects.
  • Optimize new hire ramp times by leading on-boarding initiatives.
  • Certify all new reps on Rackspace sales methodology.
  • Set, measure, and report on the business impact of training programs.
  • Effectively consult and manage stakeholders by communicating in a clear, concise, persuasive manner on proposed solutions, tied back to business needs.
  • Leads efforts to improve existing processes or programs and designs new systems or processes as required.
  • Mentors team members, and is viewed as a SME and overall leader on the floor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • 9+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Relevant industry experience is highly desired.
  • Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales systems operation and how sales teams utilize each one to effectively do their job.
  • Expert level knowledge of coordinating and monitoring on-boarding projects/programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Expert level knowledge of all areas of sales training, on-boarding, business operations and organizational interactions.
  • Ability to manage matrixed project/program teams in diverse environments.
  • Proficient with Visio and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
