Talent Development Business Partner - Technical

As a Talent Development Partner you will drive technical people development initiatives for a specific business group(s) in EMEA and support International locations with advice and guidance.  Key focus areas include: supporting content creation for technical development programs in partnership with your local leaders and colleagues in the US.

This consultative role is focusing on providing both global and client-based initiatives in EMEA.  In this role you will be responsible for growing talent, increasing organizational effectiveness and leadership success in the businesses you are aligned to while working closely with your other team members and partners around the globe.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work in direct partnership with HRBP(s) and Business stakeholders to define talent strategy and agenda for the business area supported
  • Serve as Talent Development Partner providing diagnostic and performing consulting expertise both across and within business group(s)
  • Provide technical learning and development expertise to the global Talent Development team in curating and delivering appropriate solutions
  • Cultivate a strong partnership with other Talent Development Partners, HRBPS and the Business by building relationships of business issues, business strategy, how it translates into people strategy and concrete measures of impact.
  • Support HRBPs with technical talent review process; providing advise on appropriate development solutions to accelerate growth and impact
  • Support and contribute to the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings including our award-winning onboarding programs
  • Identification of best fit vendors and partners to design and deliver content
  • Facilitate virtual, face-to-face and blended programs as required
  • Manages the life cycle of learning solutions to ensure effective design, delivery, and implementation so that there is alignment to original scoped request/solutions.
Key Requirements 
  • Demonstrable experience in the field of Technical Learning and Development including understanding of learning models and theories, frameworks, tools and solutions. Technical learning in the cloud ecosystem covering offerings from Google, Microsoft, AWS and RedHat, performance consulting and coaching.
  • Demonstrable track record of designing and delivering high impact organizational learning solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships across all technical levels of a global organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Expert facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
  • Exposure to culturally diverse, fast-paced, service orientated environments
  • Commercial business acumen


  • Experience in HR/L&D/Consulting
  • Certified in delivery of technical training
