Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Reps
  • Own ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring reps
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings and help define a strong business case
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Support, Account and other cross-functional teams to win and onboard business and drive success
  • Identify product and technology gaps with Customers and present a point of view to ObjectRocket’s Product and Leadership Teams
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  • Report on sales activity and manage a regular revenue forecast
  • Ensures that sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives
  • Achieve key performance metrics and goals
  • Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements
  • Assists in sales activities on major accounts

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferably within a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS organization
  • Solid understanding of advanced SaaS applications
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Enthusiasm for gaining and maintaining trust with prospects and customers
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Ideal candidate will have previous sales management experience
