Senior Manager for the Talent Development team in International, is responsible for leading a team of  professionals who deliver and consult on talent development solutions across the International business  (EMEA, India and Australia currently).  These include global professional, technical, leadership and management development solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business growth.  As a member of the Global TDS Leadership team, you will provide input into the strategy and direction of the function as well as be a part of the International HR leadership team.

A highly collaborative and consultative approach is required to ensure the successful execution of our global curriculum delivered via customized e-learning, virtual, self-directed and face-to-face interventions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Consult on talent development and organizational development needs as they relate to EMEA and International business strategies
  • Partner and collaborate in region with HR and business leaders to identify needs and guide solutions for the team
  • Partner and collaborate globally with TDS practitioners and other HR Centres of Excellence on the delivery of key programs and initiatives
  • Gather and utilize data to identify organizational needs and assess impact of learning and development solutions
  • Recommend and implement initiatives that ensure and sustain employee engagement and commitment
  • Coach and guide the team as required
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing talent development practices and processes
  • Provide program and project management expertise in the design, development and deployment of global, high impact development solutions
  • Identify, build and sustain effective relationships across vendor partners
  • Serve as a delivery resource for management and leadership development programs as appropriate
PERSON SPECIFICATION:  
  • Demonstrable experience in the field of Learning and Development including understanding of learning models and theories, frameworks and tools and solutions. Including but not limited to leadership development, personal and team effectiveness, behavioral change, talent management, performance consulting and coaching
  • Strong consultative skills including the ability to diagnose the health of the business, translate business challenges into organization and talent opportunities and partner across the business and HR to design learning solutions that improve business and employee performance.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people in a global, matrixed environment
  • Demonstratable track record of designing and delivering high impact organizational learning solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global organization
  • Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that drive results and team engagement.
  • Passionate about learning, development people unlocking their potential
  • Ability to drive results in times of ambiguity.
  • Expert facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
  • Operate under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel globally when required
  • Desirable – Gallup Strengths certified, MBTI certified
