Description

Rackspace is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to develop and drive the marketing strategies and tactics in EMEA to acquire and grow our customer bases and increase awareness of Rackspace's Application Services (RAS). This individual will ensure messaging and offers align with the businesses goals and then plan, execute and track these marketing and lead generation programs.  Working collaboratively worldwide across marketing, product, sales, and global counterparts, the candidate will have significant experience in creating successful, measurable integrated marketing programs to drive customer retention and revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for planning, delivering, monitoring, and enhancing marketing programs for the 4 RAS focus areas (Database & ERP, Digital, Customer Success and Productivity) in line with business objectives. 
  • Plan, develop and deliver RAS programmes and campaigns that are aligned to the RAS strategy that drive customer interest and demand
  • Support EMEA teams (currently DACH and Benelux) with RAS programmes to achieve growth targets
  • Deliver updates on RAS marketing funnel to sales and marketing teams
  • Provide clear visibility into the financial performance of Rackspace EMEA's Application Services offerings and the key factors influencing those results
  • Translates go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable marketing programs
  • Monitors campaign impact, effectiveness, and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to improve results
  • Proactively reviews results and recommends ways of continually improving the process of running campaigns
  • Collaborates cross functionally with key stakeholders, product marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement and sales teams to develop campaign narratives, messaging and tactics
  • Manage RAS marketing budget and Alliance MDF budget.

Key Requirements
  • Technology experience in ERPs, CRMs, Middleware, Digital Experience and Cloud required
  • Install Base campaign planning experience required
  • Enablement experience required
  • Apps experience required
  • Experience with revenue-generating Marketing programs required
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other CRM/ Automation tools required
  • Excellent knowledge of the program management process, including segmentation and targeting
  • Strong knowledge of, and the ability to apply the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications, and database marketing
  • Highly motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes with startup 'anything and everything' mentality
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members
  • Possible travel to US region required
  • Ability to detect patterns, draw conclusions, and present conclusions to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to make recommendations based on available data
