Description

Rackspace is looking for an SAP C/4 CRM Solution Architect who will lead the design and delivery of our SAP C/4 CRM services and solutions. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to define and deliver operational excellence for Rackspace clients.

The Solution Architect will manage solution design and delivery of SAP C/4 CRM implementation, customization, integration, and managed services for Rackspace clients which will include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage SAP C/4 CRM Solution Design and Delivery Services

  • Lead the service delivery effort for both professional and managed services
  • Deliver SAP C/4 CRM consulting, customization, implementation, and integration to Clients
  • Achieve billable goals for individual and team
  • Act as a technical adviser in the pre-sales/discovery process
  • Ensure timely delivery of committed services ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Guide, educate, and train less experienced employees
  • Research new technologies and roadmap for new products and services
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP C/4 Sales and Service CRM technology
  • Understand business drivers for professional services projects

Contribute to the overall growth of Rackspace Application Services

  • Help craft and guide an amazing corporate culture based on outstanding relationship management, continuous improvement, technology leadership, and passion for success
  • Transition professional services engagements to managed service customers
  • Drive repeat professional services business with existing clients
  • Participate in the product development process for potential SAP C/4 CRM Apps
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships within SAP C/4 CRM, SAP partners, and other technology and services ecosystem partners
  • Achieve and maintain industry-recognized corporate and individual certifications
  • Become a thought leader and visible member of the technology sectors to whom we provide services
  • Translate new technologies and services into standard solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 8 years of experience in a professional or managed services role with at least 2 years of hands-on experience administering, using and/or consulting with SAP C/4 CRM (Including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, formerly known as CallidusCloud and CoreSystems)
  • Desired certifications: SAP C/4 CRM Architect, Consultant, Administrator and/or Developer
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Service processes in mid- and large- sized businesses
  • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, and executive-level presence
  • Strong engagement management and organizational skills
  • Previous consulting experience

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly incorporate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate and guide internal RelationEdge team members
  • Demonstrated ability to display sound judgment and accomplish goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Must be able to perform the basic functions of the job which include the ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Candidate must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel, as needed
