General Manager Expectations:
- Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant.
- Responsible for the oversight of your team and a multi-million-dollar operation.
- Adheres to company standards and exceptional service levels.
- Maintain exemplary cleanliness of the restaurant.
We offer:
- Base Salary: 90k-100k
- Bonus Program:18k-20k, Prorated and Paid Monthly
- Profit Sharing: 18% of TCI, Paid Monthly
- Sign on Bonus: $3,000. Paid After 30 days
- Full Monthly Bonus Paid During Training

Experience:
- Two to three years of restaurant general management experience or one year as a Benihana manager with good performance and positive results.
- Proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Possess excellent math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
- Must possess a valid drivers license where applicable.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must agree to background and credit check.
- Serv Safe certified, alcohol service certified preferred.
