Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy and Analytics - CPG

Quotient is growing and we are looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy and Analytics- CGP to join our Sales Operations team to support our CPG business.

The Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy and Analytics- CPG will provide Sales support from performing analytics, drive meetings, and report KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure all aspects of the selling process
  • Analyze and monitor performance to assist sales and leadership team in developing plans that will lead to achievement of goals
  • Lead, engage and partner with sales team to provide reports, information, analysis and recommendations to resolve issues, help achieve targets and manage business P&L
  • Manage and support Pricing Management, Deal Desk, and Forecasting
  • Ability to develop models (pricing, forecasting, deal evaluation, etc.) and provide recommendation with data, insights and KPI's
  • Interact with clients (sales, finance and procurement teams) to close sales deals
  • Lead weekly/monthly sales commit calls with sales team to track performance, refine forecasting, and support finance teams including potential presentations to Senior Leaders
  • Works closely with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to establish rules, policies, and procedures associated with sales selling cycles
  • Help manage the business information warehouse tools (SFDC, revenue recognition tools, etc.) which supports management reporting and analysis of sales and orders
  • Identify core process areas for improvement, create metrics, goals, compensation plans and resource plans to achieve objectives
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales objectives while anticipating, identifying, and forming solutions to problems that may arise
  • Manage weekly/monthly calls with broader sales teams, including setting agenda, collecting materials, creating content, etc. to discuss items that are of importance to sales leadership
  • Obtain a full understanding of our business and product suite to provide recommendations to optimize processes and procedures by identifying operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks throughout all business units
  • Identify and develops tools to effectively communicate strategic priorities, corporate initiatives and guidelines to the field sales organization

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of hands on work experience in data analytics, financial analysis, sales operations, sales enablement or other sales support functions
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Willingness to deep-dive into the details combined with ability to step back and synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations
  • Strong leader with proven track record of leading teams and working with clients (both internal and external) to improve sales KPI's, meet targets and optimize sales processes
  • Strong data and modeling skills with expertise in Excel, Salesforce
  • Verbal & Written Communications: Ability to articulate your ideas in presentations and reports across the Quotient organization, from senior executives to your peers
  • Willingness to own the deliverables you manage and evolve them working with our partners; Strong initiative & ability to work independently without supervision
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • Bonus points for SQL and Tableau experience
