Talent Sourcer

 We are growing rapidly at Quotient, which means finding and engaging with top talent continues to be high priority for us. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer that has experience sourcing for roles based in the United States, Europe & India. This person would join our Talent Acquisition team and help bring top talent to the table across our entire organization, by building pipelines of passive candidates. This person will partner closely with our recruiters to identify profiles and build bench strength for our Sales, Media, Operations and Technical organizations.


What you will do:

  • Create robust pipelines of top talent through LinkedIn projects, for our recruiters to engage with, using Boolean string search techniques
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements of various roles and how they fit into our organization
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow that meets overall talent acquisition needs, as well as pipelines for upcoming searches
  • Research and map out the talent pool in various industries across multiple regions where Quotient Technology is most actively growing
  • Partner with Recruiters to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
  • Continued market research on competition; we’re looking for the best people to join Quotient, and solid understanding of our competitive landscape will be essential

What we're looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • 3+ years in a sourcing role supporting hiring efforts in the United States, within a corporate environment or agency firm. Experience working at a publicly-held company highly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Expert knowledge of Boolean string
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing top talent for similar types of roles and industries
  • Good eye for talent with the ability to screen resumes to identify fit
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard to fill reqs
  • Understanding of digital media industry is a big plus
  • Someone with high attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
