Job Description

  1. Sourcing & screening profile form various portals
  2. Understanding the company requirement and work accordingly
  3. Screening profiles and conducting the initial round of interview
  4. Call the relevant candidate and schedule interview
  5. Coordinate the entire interview process
  6. Salary negotiation and on boarding
  7. Ability to handle Admin activities
  8. Closing positions within TAT
  9. Recruitment MIS


Requirements

  1. Should have good communication skill
  2. Should have the passion for recruitment and other functionalities of HR
  3. Ability to face challenges and take over responsibility
  4. Dedicated & Reliable

Education-

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
