Operations Support Engineer

Description

Our Operations Support Team is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic technical team member. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients’ technical issues and will work closely with R&D, Product and Client Success teams.

Responsibilities:

● Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues – involves both inbound and
outbound communication
● Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
● Work closely with the engineering team. to help identify, report and resolve
technical issues
● Monitor system quality performance, communicate with Client Success
managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
● Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance

Minimum Qualifications:

● Vast experience with SQL/ BigQuery
● Hands-on experience with Python
● Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and the HTTP protocol
● Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
● Cross-functional collaboration
● Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to details
● Strong multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

● BSc. in Computer science
● Experience in Tech support
● Experience working with Ad Tech companies
● Native English level fluency
