Job Description: 

Join the Q-Crew as a Senior Analyst for Advertiser Strategy & Insights! In this role you, will leverage your analytic expertise to support client success as well as the development of our Associate Analysts. This position provides many opportunities to further hone your analytic and client relationship skills while growing as a leader too.

Our Analytics team is comprised of thought leaders on Quotient solutions, bringing expertise in measurement, media platforms, the digital ecosystem, and national/shopper media & promotion dynamics. We combine this expertise with data and technology to help our retailer, affiliate and advertiser partners consistently grow their businesses. Leading with real time, accessible data & insights creates credibility, transparency, and consultative engagements which ultimately make our partners more successful.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Independently completes analyses to identify strategic brand growth opportunities by using our proprietary data and analytics solutions.
  • Develops client deliverables, summarizes campaign performance, and makes recommendations for optimization.
  • Profiles consumer segments and creates audiences for digital marketing activation.
  • Contributes to measurement strategy and design, assessing feasibility and appropriate application.
  • May serve as primary point of contact for clients.
  • Works with cross functional partners to design and plan data driven, omnichannel marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Manages in-flight and post-campaign analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supports training and onboarding of new team members.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a related role -- preferably having worked directly indirectly for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or a Retailer.
  • Skilled at comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistently completes work with great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
  • Collaborative and works well with others to accomplish common goals and objectives.
  • Excels at providing excellent customer experiences to internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively gains others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions.
