Sr Manager, HRBP

We’re looking for a high-energy, business focused, service-oriented Sr. HRBP to join our global HR team. We’re looking for a strategic, yet hands-on, business partner to support our Sales, Customer Success and Research & Analytics teams (~ 250 US-based employees).

This role will report to the CPO and will be a change agent to drive organizational transformation, high performance, talent development, succession, and engagement, along with other progressive HR initiatives for the company. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment where you are empowered to drive change, we want to talk to you!

What you’ll do:

  • Offer thought leadership and streamlined execution of HR programs and initiatives across our Sales organization – help drive business outcomes focused on growing and operating our business
  • Partner with leaders to shape their vision and align people practices to drive high performance
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify talent and succession gaps and build talent bench that will allow the business and functional areas to scale
  • Lead talent processes, performance review, and compensation processes
  • Deliver performance management coaching and provide guidance to employees and managers on effective communications and expectations setting, as we move to a more continuous feedback model
  • Ensure compensation programs and initiatives (including sales incentives) enable us to attract, reward and retain top talent
  • Be a cultural champion, both as a role model with Quotient and in company ide initiatives to help us scale and strengthen our culture as we grow
  • Use data and analytics to drive improvement (e.g. retention, engagement, hiring)
  • Identify training needs and partner with the business to develop a robust training and development strategy
  • Proactively anticipate business needs, formulate and drive change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range issues, including investigations in response to employee relations issues and recommend/implement courses of action based on investigation results
  • Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community; strive for operational excellence and execution of HR activities with an ownership mindset while identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation wherever possible 
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to HR Specialist (dual reporting)
  • Assist in the integration of new acquisitions

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or other applicable area of study
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience with HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience supporting Sales/Business Development, partnering closely with Sales teams
  • Experience working in high-tech and high growth company
  • Proven experience in coaching, developing and influencing leaders to create, implement and execute people strategies 
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills, especially in situations that are sensitive, complex and/or ambiguous
  • Proven success establishing collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels and in all parts of the organization
  • Change agent and role model for leading cultural change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously; takes initiative to get things done
  • Results-orientation with outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior leaders and influence through strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with experience leveraging HR tools such as Workday, Jobvite and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization structure preferred
  • Light Travel anticipated, ~25% or less
