Our development team is scattered across the globe. As a result, we face large-scale challenges both in IT and organizational structure. Our ambition is to offer our clients the ability to gain powerful insights based on exclusive consumer spending data, location intelligence and purchase intent data.  As a DevOps Engineering Manager, you will build and lead the team that applies software engineering principles to accelerate software delivery and improve production systems reliability.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a partner to the Product and Development team in defining and achieving organizational OKR’s
  • Actively build and maintain the team of strong DevOps engineers and own your team members professional growth
  • Be an active member of the Engineering Leadership forum
  • Orchestrate cloud deployment and resources for Dev, QA and Production environments
  • Lead transition to containerised applications running on k8s in the cloud
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD, alerting, and deployment workflows
  • Educate application developers on best practices and how to best use the platform
  • Develop and maintain our monitoring infrastructure

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in building and leading the team of DevOps engineers
  • At least 7 years of experience as DevOps or Software engineer
  • Experience in building and maintaining containerized environments using orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Experience in designing and implementing production environments for high volume and large scale systems
  • Experience in designing and implementing deployment workflows for continuous value delivery under the change management constraints.
  • Ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders 
  • Ability to maintain the balance between immediate business needs and long term system quality requirements
