We deliver digital coupons to consumers, including printable coupons, save-to-card coupon and coupon codes for e-commerce. To support our continued business growth in the US and in international markets, we are setting up a world class product development and operations support center in Bangalore India. We are looking for people with a passion for innovation and creative use of new technologies in building consumer applications in a retail domain.

Our Operations Support Team is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic technical team member. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients' technical issues and will work closely with R&D, Product and Client Success teams.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues - involves both inbound and outbound communication
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
- Work closely with the engineering team to help identify, report and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system quality performance, communicate with Client Success managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
- Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance

Minimum Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BS/MS in in Computer science
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and the HTTP protocol
- Vast experience with SQL/ BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to details
- Strong multitasking skills
- Perfect English (Read/Write/Conversation)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Tech support and Zendesk
