Quotient is seeking a talented individual for a new Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic Investor Relations team, reporting to the VP, Investor Relations. This position will afford the right candidate the opportunity to grow and contribute to Quotient’s Investor Relations practice.  The Manager will play a key role in all aspects of Investor Relations, including conducting investor-focused analyses, developing investor messaging and executing investor events.  This individual will also develop collaborative relationships across our organization to gain a deep understanding of all facets of Quotient’s business, and the facts, details, and trends that are relevant to the investment community.  In addition, the Manager will work with the VP, Investor Relations to foster strong external relationships with the investment community and successfully communicate Quotient’s financial and strategic objectives.

What you’ll do


  • Monitor stock performance and maintain strong relationships with Internet Specialists, Market Makers and Traders
  • Lead competitive intelligence and internet sector analysis and reporting
  • Own metric-driven targeting of potential new shareholders
  • Monitor the positions of current shareholders of Quotient and Internet peers
  • Track sell-side consensus and reports


  • Manage inbound investor requests
  • Manage IR team’s earnings calendar
  • Plan and participate in industry investor conferences
  • Schedule and participate in investor calls
  • Maintain and update content on Investor Relations website


  • Assist in drafting earnings materials
  • Work with the VP of IR in developing clear and effective investor messaging
  • Present investor and analyst feedback, themes and sentiment to senior executive leadership team, board of directors, and Legal and Corporate Communications teams


  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members in other departments and executives to stay abreast of relevant internal developments
  • Adhere to and maintain a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Reg FD

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in investor relations and/or equity analysis at an investment bank or asset management firm
  • Maturity and confidence to interact with senior executive leadership team
  • Drive ambition and creativity to expand upon the IR team’s reach and mission
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Basic financial modeling and equity valuation skills with a strong command of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment and discretion
  • Initiative and independence to carry out multiple tasks, think critically and proactively problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of employees and strong partnering skills
  • Available to travel approximately 10-15% of the time

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with software/Internet or digital advertising business models, or retail and CPG landscape
  • Experience using IR-specific tools including Ipreo, FactSet, Workiva, and/or Virtua
