Quotient’s go to market strategy requires the organization to be agile and armed with the knowledge to execute. In order to meet these needs, the learning strategy needs to be integrated, cross functional and proactive.

The Sales Trainer, Field Readiness role is designed for a ground level approach to executing learning throughout the sales organization,
identifying needs across teams, certifying excellence, on-boarding new hires, facilitating on-going learning and measuring the impact. Some primary focus areas for the role includes: Field Training, Certification, New Hire/On-boarding, Cross-Functional Learning Opportunities,Team Level Development Initiatives, ongoing learning & enablement projects.

What you’ll do:

The Sales Trainer drives the implementation of the overall learning strategy. This role is designed to focus on scaling learning across our sales teams and business units, while also working cross-functionally to share learning across groups. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop & deliver field-based training
  • Facilitate ongoing training design, development & delivery
  • Team level implementation of training initiatives
  • Ongoing measurement of training efforts
  • Team level and new hire certifications
  • Management of learning and enablement tools
  • Proactively engage with team leaders and internal subject matter experts to develop new content
  • Identifying ongoing training needs across the sales organization
  • Manage communication of training initiatives, updates and events
  • Work with the broader Sales Enablement team on integrated projects, initiatives and cross functional learning opportunities

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant undergrad program
  • 2+ years experience within sales, media, learning and development or other relevant areas
  • Open to 40-60% travel
  • Excels in execution, meeting deadlines and creating exceptional experiences across all training touch points
  • Ambitious and willing to aggressively execute on initiatives to drive performance and efficiency across the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align to business priorities
  • Experience working with subject matter experts at all levels to design and develop sales training content
  • Strong collaboration, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Passion for excellence and delivering high quality projects.
