Job Category

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate with 2-4 years of experience who will own the critical role of operations within QuinStreet’s Credit Cards vertical. The Marketing Operations Associate will support the business team, ensuring data and content are accurate and compliant. This role will facilitate the category’s fast growth and enable us to both uphold and expand our client relationships. It requires an individual that is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of the personal finance space is a plus, along with an interest in credit card products and offers.



  • Review marketing and online content to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines across multiple content and data platforms
  • Work with QuinStreet’s Client, Media, Editorial, and Compliance teams to edit, proofread and fact-check content for our Credit Card network
  • Own and perform advertiser content updates across our sites; identify opportunities to streamline process and implement best-practices
  • Leverage internal technology and industry-standard tools to audit compliance findings; ensure remediation across various media channels
  • Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns that lead to specific insights about optimizing client advertising programs
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed



  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, organizational skills
  • Ability to perform process-oriented tasks with high accuracy
  • Positive attitude, team player, ability to communicate cross functionally
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Experience with data entry or data management
  • Previous quality assurance and customer service experience preferred
  • Skilled in getting information from external and internal partners quickly and accurately
  • Ability to communicate issues to clients and management with clarity and accuracy
  • Adept at learning new tools and systems quickly
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to balance multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Able to work independently and work effectively with cross functional teams; flexible working schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
