About the role
The Salesforce Administrator has mastery of Sales and Service Clouds and will act as the subject matter expert enabling critical business processes with platform capabilities. The Administrator will work closely with the end user community to ensure the platform effectively supports all stakeholders, keeps pace with the changes in operations, policies and procedures and aligns with Salesforce Platform best practices.
Location: This position may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America or may work hybrid from our Dublin, Ohio location.
What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
Participate in requirements gathering, scoping, and completion of new enhancement requests. Provide impact analysis for change requests and communicate downstream process considerations.
Perform ongoing system administration and configuration (flows, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards, user maintenance and other routine tasks.
Ensure proper integration and data security with other Quantum information systems.
Help drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through documentation, support and training of new and current employees. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.
Participate in delivery of high complexity project engagements including developing requirements, solutioning, creating test scripts, performing testing, leading UAT exercises and promoting change sets to production and other sandbox environments as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc platform issues.
Assist with clean-up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is the source of truth for defined data points and processes within the platform to support team functions and strategic initiatives.
Drive and uphold Salesforce best practice standards to ensure scalable design and high-quality delivery through a platform resource/limitation forward design approach and upholding sandbox usage and testing policies.
Prioritize learning and training into your weekly/monthly schedule focusing on established team training topics and platform scalability and best practices.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with preferred major in Business or Information Technology
Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification required
Experience: 3-5+ years of strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce
CPQ Experience preferred
Advanced knowledge and experience with Flows
Working knowledge of LWC/Apex/Visualforce
Working knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and general AI concepts
Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Client Success business operations
Preferred experience with Conga, Ironclad, 6sense, Outreach, and/or other 3rd party integrated applications
Preferred experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship management and intrapersonal communication skills
Foster a positive, transparent and inclusive team environment
Manage and protect company and member data by working within company ethics, policies, and guidelines
