About the role

The Sales Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales Operations, driving pipeline visibility, performance insights, territory optimization, forecasting support, and operational execution across the sales organization. This role focuses on improving seller productivity through data-driven decision support, cross-functional project leadership, and scalable sales processes that support revenue attainment.
Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

  • Salesforce Reporting, Dashboards & Data Quality: Own Sales VP dashboards in Salesforce, serving as the subject matter expert for reporting related to pipeline health and performance insights. Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce data quality, standardize reporting, and ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the platform.
  • Sales Process Governance & Seller Effectiveness: Partner closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Sales Operations team to reinforce sales process governance, including opportunity hygiene, stage discipline, forecasting standards, and reporting consistency. Drive projects that improve seller effectiveness through standardized lists, reports, views, and cleaner workflow visibility in Salesforce.
  • Territory, Account Alignment & Strategic Insights: Support territory updates, account reassignments, and Salesforce ownership changes by providing reporting insights, seller impact analysis, and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Sales Leadership Meeting Cadence & Operating Rhythm: Lead and run recurring monthly sales meetings, partnering with Sales Leadership to shape agendas, surface insights, communicate priorities, and drive organizational alignment around key initiatives and performance trends.
  • Strategic Salesforce Improvement Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Salesforce reporting accuracy, cleaning legacy reporting structures, streamlining seller workflows, and enhancing operational visibility to support revenue growth and execution.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Ideally you will be working remotely and living in the Eastern or Central Time Zones

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related field
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting experience
  • Proven ability to support executive decision-making through data insights
  • Strong cross-functional project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting territory planning, segmentation, and sales performance analysis
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
