Sales Associate

Description:  The Sales Associate plays a key support role in helping their assigned VP of Sales achieve their overall membership goal of their geographic territory.  Roles and responsibilities will grow based on overall competency, performance and experience. 



Provide business support to sales

Facilitate consultant follow-up with email content, appropriate collateral or other items as well as ongoing consultant “check-in”

Conduct research on employer contacts and consultants and communicate findings to VP of Sales

Accurately maintaining leads, opportunities and contacts in CRM; manage employer target lists and follow-up reminders

Create sales presentations for all opportunity and consultant meetings

Work with team members to facilitate ongoing consultant and target employer outreach, leveraging marketing as necessary

Facilitate securing required information to create a proposal

Manage ongoing deal support (due diligence questions, deal summary, site visit plans)

Prospect both new consultant/broker contacts and employer leads within an assigned territory and maintain activity

Represent Quantum Health at trade show/conferences; facilitate lead generation and follow-up

Support Sales Executive in key consultant meetings

Coordinate with Sales Executive to build relationships with local/regional employer healthcare coalitions in your territory

Create and maintain prep documents and notes for all meetings including executive or senior leadership participation, or site visits

Identify and qualify new consultant relationships

Facilitate QH introductory webinars independently

Build and maintain relationships with QH business partners in their territory

Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with current and new consultants

Effectively lead consultant in-person meetings independently

Review proposal and pricing with consultant independently

Provide leadership and input in developing a successful site visit experience



All Sales Associates must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong writing and communications skills required
  • Experience in Insurance/Healthcare and CRM system like MS Dynamics and selling through a channel a plus
