The Senior Director, Product Management leads the team of expertise charged with protecting the value proposition of Quantum Health’s solutions. That entails engaging on a complex array of needs ranging from achieving meaningful clinical outcomes, to delivering a superlative humanized experience interacting with the system, to achieving effectiveness at affordable costs - while taking care of the humans around us. They provide thought leadership, apply analytical rigor, and bring a track record of comprehensive product management experience to the table, elevating the organization’s product management function. They collaborate cross-functionally with other enterprise leaders to ensure we have the best solutions for the people we serve.  

Drive clinical impact and high-quality outcomes:

  • Ensure Quantum Health’s programs are clinically sound and effective.
  • Partner with enterprise clinical strategy and care coordination resources to ensure medical, behavioral, and other expertise guides product development.
  • Validate workflows for efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness from the clinical perspective.
  • Ensure clinical best practices and bring scale to them.

Ensure a superlative experience for the people we serve:

  • Leverage a team of User Experience (UX) professionals to drive best-in-class human-centric design for Quantum Health’s platforms and experience channels.
  • Bring strong thought leadership in the best way to serve people.
  • Tie product development into the best stakeholder satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.

Validate and improve financial outcomes:

  • Leverage a team of analysts to examine the effectiveness of solutions from a stakeholder’s financial needs.
  • Work with internal partners to measure performance of solutions, maintain appropriate dashboards, and conduct ad hoc research into questions as needed.
  • Leverage data to drive insight, understanding, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with solution management, strategy, and development to create world class results.

Strategic product development leadership:

  • Leverage technical subject matter experts strategically to build tech-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure portfolio consistency and interoperability.
  • Mentor and grow and amazing group of healthcare warriors.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare industry related study required; Graduate Degree in business or healthcare related field preferred (e.g. MBA, MHA, etc.)
  • Experience: 10+ years’ healthcare industry experience required, including Director+ level leadership experience within Product Management
  • Working experience in population health and/or clinical condition management as well as digital healthcare.
  • Previous experience leveraging user experience (UX) research and design teams in product development.
  • Ability to connect dots and translate complex concepts into simpler ones for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.

Nice to have:

  • Working experience in an employer-sponsored healthcare, payer or solution provider experience.
  • Proven market analysis experience with advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Working experience with informatics/business intelligence/data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations.
