About the role
The Senior CEG Operations Specialist serves as a strategic partner and operational leader within the Client Engagement Group, driving process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. This role owns key operational functions, influences reporting strategy, and leads initiatives related to Salesforce analytics, onboarding, and project execution. The position plays a critical role in enhancing team performance, scalability, and client experience through continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Location: This position may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.
What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
Lead collaboration across CEG and Member Support teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery; identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Own and optimize department communication strategies and platforms (email, Teams, SharePoint), ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Client Services) to ensure accurate execution of client plan and benefit changes; proactively identify risks, drive solutions, and mentor team members on best practices.
Design and deliver department-wide meetings and training sessions; lead content development, facilitate sessions, and drive actionable follow-ups to improve team effectiveness.
Develop, analyze, and present CEG performance metrics; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance data models, reporting accuracy, and forecasting capabilities; identify opportunities for advanced analytics.
Partner with Marketing to support and optimize client engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and client needs.
Lead onboarding program strategy and execution, including development of tools, resources, and training; continuously improve onboarding experience and time-to-productivity.
Support and, when appropriate, lead operational components of client onsite meetings; ensure readiness, coordination, and execution excellence.
Design, document, and continuously improve departmental workflows and standard operating procedures to drive scalability and consistency.
Perform other duties as assigned, with a focus on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or business process optimization
Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and CPQ data; ability to translate data into strategic insights
Strong project management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive clarity and outcomes
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on execution excellence
Strong communication and influencing skills, including ability to present to stakeholders and drive alignment
Proven ability to lead through collaboration, mentor others, and build strong cross-functional relationships
Sound judgment with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams/Zoom, and operational tools.
