Commercial Counsel
Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including direct sales, resale, nondisclosure, software license/sublicense, evaluation, cloud contracts, SaaS, and alliance agreements.
- Provide advice to senior sales management
- Develop relationships with the sales teams and alliances teams.
- Advise on business policies and practices.

- Have 5+ years of experience working in large law firm and/or in-house, supporting sales to close SaaS agreements.
- Experience and comfort with providing legal guidance to salespeople and sales executives.
- Negotiate to a specific goal with little supervision
