Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including direct sales, resale, nondisclosure, software license/sublicense, evaluation, cloud contracts, SaaS, and alliance agreements.
  • Provide advice to senior sales management
  • Develop relationships with the sales teams and alliances teams.
  • Advise on business policies and practices.

Legal skills
  • Have 5+ years of experience working in large law firm and/or in-house, supporting sales to close SaaS agreements.
  • Experience and comfort with providing legal guidance to salespeople and sales executives.
  • Negotiate to a specific goal with little supervision
  • Have a flexible mindset 
  • Operate well in a team environment
  • Anticipate and be responsive to customer/client requirements
