Description

Responsibilities :

  • Working on assigned tickets for end user support within  IT ticketing tool
  • Setting up new laptop/PC and deployment following IT process
  • Working on IMACD process as per ITIL framework
  • Recording of all problem calls, inquiries, or requests for service in ticketing tool
  • Responding to end-user service requests and providing information as required
  • Handling incidents related to hardware and software as per  IT process
  • Working with Third-Party Vendors, as appropriate, to resolve problems
  • First-level support for applications such as MS Office, O365 etc.
  • Proactive monitoring of critical users.
  • Identifying root cause for repetitive incidents
  • Hands-On exp. on dealing with installation and maintenance of Windows 10 and Apple MacBooks

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 year experience in IT support.
  • Very good customer service skills.
  • Experience with ITIL based ticketing system.
  • Experience imaging computers 
  • Thorough approach to task completion. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to work independently but also know when to ask for help/guidance.
  • Working knowledge of IT security best practices.
