The Sales Operations and Analytics Manager will be responsible for building the data analytics program for our GTM teams.  You are a highly organized individual who thrives in taking abstract business concepts and ideas and turning them into working BI products and tools. You will partner with the business to build the analytics and BI tools that will help enable a world-class GTM engine. You can work in a matrixed environment and balance the need for regular reporting and maintenance schedules with the need for advanced ideas and strategic thinking. You love finding a way to solve a problem now instead of waiting to solve the problem perfectly. You think speed to action wins while being able to be conscious of building towards the future.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building the analytics framework and management system to support a culture of data-driven decision making
  • Perform lead, sales, pipeline, and other analysis to provide increased visibility to management
  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Applications data governance teams to establish data quality
  • Create, support and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards, as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements
  • Own and manage multiple BI initiatives, analytical deep dives, and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics
  • Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or a similar product
  • Bachelor’s degree required
