As a Sr. Sales Cloud Product Manager, you will focus on supporting Qualys's Go-To Market teams. You will create enterprise solutions for our Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations partners. As part of this role, you will understand the needs of our internal users and will focus on increasing the efficiency of GTM teams by reengineering and designing scalable platforms. This position will report into VP, Enterprise Architecture.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

● Be the expert on Account & Territory Structure, Product & Pricing solutions, and Business Architecture.

● Consult and guide to maximize value of connected applications including Salesforce, CPQ, and other third-party sales and marketing enablement tools

● Act as a strategic technology partner and maintain relationships with product owners, business leadership, and development teams

● Manage the CRM product vision, product roadmap, and prioritization of features against business needs and technology requirements.

● Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business priorities to recommend technology solutions

● Identify opportunities to improve or automate current state business processes

● Work cross-functionally with technical, design, business counterparts to define product refinements and updates based on ongoing client-driven needs analysis

● Work with business units to clearly define success measures (value, ROI), KPI’s and metrics of project requests.

● Drive stakeholder and organizational alignment on product priorities, business strategy, trade-off decisions and investment

● Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impacts across cross-functional business and technology teams

● Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of user-friendly, scalable solutions

● Maintain and report on overall initiative and roadmap progress, status, and health

● Strategize all future technology investments to align with business goals and objectives

● Champion Agile methodologies, participating in the product owner roles., as needed, in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos

● Provide critical thinking and facilitate discussions needed to drive outcomes and results to meet project goals by serving as cross-work stream SME and escalation point.

● Responsible for owning follow ups and closing gaps related to overall project approach, design issues, project execution tasks and issues; take ownership of assigned gaps; work with a team to resolve and present findings.

● Strong data analysis skills and experience improving data quality

● Create and review of training materials and support or lead the facilitation and training of business systems capabilities/features

Preferred Qualifications

● 8+ years of Product management experience

● 5+ years of experience developing business solutions for core GTM Sales Processes (Lead Management, Account & Contact Management, Territory Management, Forecast Management and Quote-to-Cash)

● Experience in conducting workshops, aligning cross-functional business teams and delivering large scale programs

● Agility and flexibility to work with multiple teams including global scrum teams, multiple parallel projects, and multiple technologies while delivering value and impact

● Experience in documenting and presenting complex internal needs across the company

● Expertise in converting GTM vision into tangible product roadmap and associated ROI

● Experience with project management methodologies to manage timelines

● Experience with agile-scrum methodologies for sprint execution

● Understanding of core CRM principles including marketing and sales operations

● Previous roles in a consulting or high growth, tech environment

● Impeccable customer success mindset
