Description

This person will act as an interface between business and business applications team to architect solutions to automate and scale business systems and implement new business processes. He/she will be responsible for driving effective change management and monitoring and validating the integrity of data across systems as well as supporting corrective actions related to variances to standard. He/she will also assist in automating manual processes, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, and building and maintaining analytics tools to provide actionable insights to business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business and business applications team to implement, optimize, and maintain business systems and augment it with a separate data warehouse as needed
  • Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze all master data in ERP & CRM and integrated solutions
  • Ensure and enhance data quality and train users to ensure continuity of results
  • Document processes and assist different functions with process optimization
  • Provide creative yet logical approaches to solving data and business and process problems
  • Perform various levels of data validation across multiple systems
  • Establish and maintain Master Data standards within the Qualys systems: create and manage the data dictionary to support change management efforts
  • Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and other documentation to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present
  • Provide testing support for upgrades and releases, including integration testing from various sources to target systems
  • Assist in setting up hierarchies and maintain consistency across different systems
  • Assist with data and analysis requests, providing detailed backups and explanations as needed
  • Build and support complex planning and forecasting models using the Anaplan platform and build Anaplan Visualizations
  • Set up and automate reporting and charting and analyze trends and patterns
  • Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as necessary

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Accounting/Finance/Business or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience optimizing business processes and analytics and building or maintaining master data management in an ERP or CRM system
  • Experience querying data from a native source (ERP, CRM or database). Understanding of backend data and database structures
  • Experience partnering with FP&A to deliver insightful information
  • Hands on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Anaplan
  • High proficiency with Excel is a must, including ability to build automated Excel models from scratch (e.g., vlookup, sumif, iferror, etc.); VBA, SQL and ODBC knowledge preferred
  • Data organization and management skills. Technical expertise with data models, data import methodologies, database design development, and data mining; preferred experience with a BI tool
