As a Lead Salesforce Developer, GTM, you will be responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform.

  • Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers in helping create technical design and scalable solutions to meet business requirements and adhere to established Salesforce practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers and developers within and across scrum teams to design, develop, test and implement Salesforce Solutions
  • Design and develop integrations with Salesforce and its ecosystem using established patterns for near-real time as well as batch process.
  • Help identify root cause by problem solving/thinking big picture
  • Experience in working with Salesforce Service and Sales Implementations 
  • Demonstrated experience in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, formula fields, lightning experience
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Migration Tool, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
  • Prioritize daily activities and work on critical and high priority tickets
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions on force.com platform using Apex and Visual force
  • Develop and support new apps using lightning framework for internal and external users


Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SAQL)
  • 3+ years of experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge Management, Chat & Phone integration, SAML, Single Sign On.
  • Excellent Systems integration experience with RESET, Web Services APIs and third-party applications
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented concepts, application design principles and design patterns.
  • Automation process experience with Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and Salesforce Sharing & Security model.
  • Experience handling large data volumes, considering limits and performance tuning.
  • Experience using continuous development tools (SFDX, GIT, Jenkins, Ant etc) and effective methodologies (Agile, Test-Driven development)
  • Ability to work autonomously and organize your own time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Nice to have enterprise application integration tool experience like Dell Boomi/Mulesoft.
  • Very strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
