Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with management and functional teams to ensure that all software features and functions are documented, tested and validated.
- Partner with business department leadership to prepare / support deployment of new software functionality.
- Participates with project teams to troubleshoot defects (technical and functional) within production solution during post release support.
- Consult with project and business stakeholders to develop, document, refine, and communicate business and technical requirements.
- Independently conducts business/systems analysis for Medium/Large computer applications and systems.
- Leads sessions with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the results of the software development complies with user and business specifications.
- Design and create mockups, prototypes, documentation, and workflow diagrams to ensure designed products meet usability standards.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Skills we need:
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Software Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Business Analyst exp. in support of software development.
- Familiarity with and exp. in scrum/agile environment.
- Exp. in using engineering tools such as ADO, Jira and Confluence for story writing, task planning, tracking and documentation needs.
- Exp. working with Engineering leaders and other peers (PO, Scrum Master, IT, QA) to ensure timely resolution of production issues reported by our clients.
- Familiar with Use Case diagrams and documents.
- Ability to conduct varied elicitation techniques (JAD, interview, observation, etc).
- Ability to implement complex business models.
- Exp. with UML documentation (and BPM).
